Hand picked for the discerning chef and families in mid-Vancouver Island. Fresh in season, grown in the healthy mountain air of Coombs. Sold locally for 20 years at Farmers Markets and restaurants. We have always produced organically but have no certification. Open to anyone's inspection. Many of our herbs are done in small quantities for 1 or 2 outlets year around. Just ask.

Dried French Tarragon

Real aroma and colour preserved. Hand cut and carefully dried.

Pungent, hot for pizzas and Mid-Eastern cooking.
Lavender Provencale
